Before Booking!
Please arrive with your hair thoroughly detangled and combed from roots to ends. This allows your service to begin on time and ensures I can dedicate my full attention to achieving the best possible results.
If your hair requires excessive detangling upon arrival, an additional detangling fee will be added to your remaining balance.
All first-time guests are required to book the New Client Experience.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Exclushear Salon is an adult salon experience. At this time, I do not provide services for children.
- Your appointment is reserved for approximately 3 hours; however, first appointments may occasionally run longer depending on your hair's length, density, condition, and overall needs.
- Please allow flexibility in your schedule and avoid booking if you are on a strict time constraint.
- Color services are not available or included during first-time appointments. Your initial visit is dedicated to assessing your hair, establishing a healthy foundation, and creating a customized plan to help you achieve your long-term hair goals.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
The remaining balance will be collected at the completion of your appointment.

Cash is not accepted.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged the remaining balance of the booked service.
- Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice (no-shows) will also be charged the remaining balance of the booked service.
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
- To maintain a relaxing and personalized salon environment, additional guests are not permitted during your appointment unless previously approved.

If you are comfortable being photographed or recorded during your appointment, please indicate your consent in the Client Notes section when booking.
