I appreciate your choice in my brow and hair removal studio in the Seven Cities. To allow the best possible experience, adhere to the following guidelines before your appointment:


Essential Guidelines and Tips For All Clients:


Stay Informed:

  • Please read all communications from Bee Bare By Jennah, sent via email and/or text. Important information regarding your appointment will be included.


Arrive Early:

  • I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to find parking and complete any necessary paperwork.


Brow Packages and Services:

  • Eligibility: Our brow packages and upkeep services are exclusively for existing clients who have completed their initial first-time Brow Wax/Threading service with us. 


Valuables:

  • Please be mindful that Bee Bare By Jennah is not responsible for any lost or stolen valuables during your visit. We recommend keeping your personal belongings secure and within your sight.


Quiet Atmosphere: 

  • To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the right to a quiet atmosphere. 
  • Please refrain from speaking loudly and keep conversations at a soft volume.
  • Additionally, we request that you set your cell phones to silent mode to minimize disruptions.

Brow Service Booking Policy at Bee Bare By Jennah:


New Brow Client Services:

  • During your first appointment, you will receive a thorough brow consultation as to help understand and achieve your brow goals. At Bee Bare By Jennah, I am committed to providing the best possible experience for my clients. To ensure that all clients receive the appropriate level of service, I have established the following booking policies for brow services:


New Clients:

  • If you are a brand new client at Bee Bare By Jennah and are looking to book a brow service, you are required to select the New Brow Client Service options when scheduling your appointment. This ensures you receive a comprehensive introduction to my brow services tailored specifically for new clients. 


Current Clients with No Prior Brow Services: 

  • If you are a current client of Bee Bare By Jennah but have never had your brows serviced at the studio you must undergo the New Brow Client Service options. This policy allows me to provide you with the proper consultation and care specific to your brow needs.


Current Clients with a Long Absence:

  • If you are a current client who has not had your brows serviced at Bee Bare By Jennah in the past 6 months, you are required to book the New Brow Client Service options. This allows me to reassess your brow needs and ensure you receive the best possible results after an extended absence.


Booking Restrictions:

  • If you have not yet received a first-time service, please refrain from booking any recurring brow bundle packages.


Esthetician Rescheduling Brows Services:

  • If you need to reschedule your new brow service based on your esthetician’s recommendation, you will need to rebook the same new brow service option for your next visit.
  • During your appointment, your esthetician will assess your suitability for the New Brow Service option. This evaluation is based on various factors, including your skin condition, hair growth, and overall brow health.
  • If your esthetician determines that it is not the right time to proceed with the new brow service due to their observations, they may recommend rescheduling or canceling the appointment. 
  • If your appointment is rescheduled or canceled based on your esthetician's assessment, you will not be charged for that appointment. This policy ensures that you are not held financially responsible for a service that may not be appropriate for you at that time.


Bee Bare By Jennah By Appointment Only Policy:


Appointment Only: 

  • At Bee Bare By Jennah, I am an appointment only based studio. To book an appointment you can book online on our Vagaro booking page or you can call the studio number. 


Payment Information:

  • Clients are required to provide credit card information to secure their appointment time slot.


Outstanding Balances: 

  • Clients with any outstanding balances due to previous no-shows or cancellations are not eligible to receive a service until the amount owed is paid in full.


Cancellation, No-Show, Rescheduling, & Tardiness Policy:


At Bee Bare By Jennah, we are committed to providing exceptional services in a timely manner. Being an appointment-based luxury waxing studio, it is crucial that I can serve clients at their scheduled times. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and occasional tardiness or cancellations may arise. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, I have established the following policies:


Rescheduling or Cancelling:

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact via call, text, or email at, beebarebyjennah@gmail.com, at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation, and cannot provide adequate proof of your attempts to cancel, it will not be considered a valid cancellation or rescheduling.


No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be classified as no-shows. In this case, we will charge 100% of the price of the scheduled service(s).
  • Clients who email, call, or text on their scheduled appointment day to cancel or reschedule will be classified as no-shows. In this case, we will charge 100% of the price of the scheduled service(s).


Late Arrivals: 

  • Clients arriving five or more minutes late for their appointment will also be considered no-shows and charged 50% of the scheduled service price, even if the service is not received.


Multiple Services:

  • If you are late for an appointment involving multiple services, you may not be able to receive all scheduled services. In such cases, you may need to be rescheduled for any services missed due to your tardiness.


Charges for Late Arrivals: 

  • Bee Bare By Jennah reserves the right to charge clients who are five or more minutes late to a multiple-service appointment, 50% of the price for any services that could not be provided due to your tardiness. 


Late Cancellation Fees: 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours, prior to your scheduled time, you will be charged, 50% of the price of your scheduled service(s).


Bee Bare By Jennah, reserves the right to implement the following charges for clients who do not adhere to our appointment policies. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and to respect the time of both our clients and myself. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


Inclement Weather Policy


At Bee Bare By Jennah, I prioritize the safety and well-being of my clients and employees. Inclement weather refers to extreme climatic conditions, such as hail, snow, cold temperatures, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, or any combination of these, that make it unreasonable or unsafe for individuals to travel or be exposed to the elements.


Weather-Related Rescheduling: 

  • If inclement weather affects your scheduled appointment, Brows & Meows will proactively contact you to reschedule your visit.


Client-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment due to inclement weather, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate as much advance notice as you can provide.


No Charges for Weather-Related Changes: 

  • Clients will not incur any charges for rescheduling or canceling appointments due to inclement weather conditions.


Thank you for your understanding. Your safety is our top priority, and we are here to accommodate you during adverse weather conditions.


State of Emergency and Mandatory Evacuation Policy:


At Bee Bare By Jennah, the safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. In the event that the government of the Commonwealth of Virginia declares a State of Emergency that includes mandatory business closures or evacuations in the Hampton Roads area, the following policy will apply:


Business Cease:

  • Bee Bare By Jennah, may temporarily cease all business operations until the State of Emergency conditions are lifted by government authorities.


Appointment Rescheduling:

  • We will proactively contact clients to reschedule any appointments that fall during the period of the State of Emergency or mandatory evacuation.


No Charges for Rescheduling:

  • Clients will not incur any charges for rescheduling or canceling appointments due to a State of Emergency or Mandatory Evacuation if they are traveling from or to an area affected by these conditions.


Continued Operations:

  • If a State of Emergency is declared but does not require business closures or evacuations, Bee Bare By Jennah will continue to operate as usual.


Risk Assessment: 

  • Should it be determine by public officials and governmental agencies, that the risk to clients or staff becomes untenable, we reserve the right to cease operations and will notify clients to reschedule their appointments accordingly.

Confidentiality Policy:


At Bee Bare By Jennah, I am committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of my clients. This policy outlines our practices regarding the handling of personal information and ensures that you understand your rights in relation to your privacy.


Right to Confidentially:

  • Every client has the inherent right to confidentiality. We respect and uphold this right by ensuring that all personal information is treated with the utmost care and discretion.


Health History Questionnaires:

  • All health history questionnaires you complete will be kept confidential. This information is vital for providing you with the best possible care, and it will only be accessible to authorized staff involved in your treatment.


Conversations with Your Esthetician:

  • Any discussions you have with your esthetician regarding your treatment or personal information will also remain confidential. We encourage open communication, knowing that your privacy is our priority.


Confidential Databases:

  • Our client and email databases are strictly confidential. We maintain robust security measures to protect this information from unauthorized access.


No Sharing of Information:

  • I do not share my client databases with any outside companies or organizations. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.


SPECIAL NEEDS AND ACCOMMODATIONS policy:


At Bee Bare By Jennah, I strive to provide an inclusive and accommodating environment for all clients. This policy outlines our commitment to addressing any special needs or accommodations and ensuring that your experience is both comfortable and enjoyable.


Notification of Special Needs:


If you have any special needs or require specific accommodations, please inform me before reserving your services. This advance notice allows us to make the necessary arrangements to make sure your comfort and satisfaction during your visit. This is also necessary so to ensure Bee Bare By Jennah is capable of accommodating you as a client. Special needs can include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical disabilities
  • Sensory sensitivities
  • Medical conditions
  • Any other requirements that may affect your experience


Personalized Attention:

  • I am trained to provide personalized care and will work with you to address your individual needs. Your comfort and wellbeing is my top priority.


Check-In Questionnaire:

  • Upon check-in, all clients will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed to gather important information regarding your health and wellbeing, ensuring that we can provide the best possible care tailored to your needs.


Purpose of the Questionnaire:

  • dentify any special conditions or preferences you may have.
  • Ensure that our services are safe and suitable for you.
  • Help us customize your treatment experience.


Confidentiality of Responses 

  • All information provided in the questionnaire will be kept confidential, in accordance with our Confidentiality Policy. Your responses will only be shared with authorized staff involved in your care.


Minimum Age Policy:


At Bee Bare By Jennah, prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all our clients. This Minimum Age Policy outlines the requirements for clients under the age of 18 regarding consent for hair removal treatments, including bikini and Brazilian waxing.


Parental Consent Required:

  • Clients who are, under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form and waiver before receiving any hair removal treatments. This policy is in place to ensure that parents are fully informed about the services being provided and the associated risks.


Waxing and Minors:

  • At Bee Bare By Jennah, I will only provide facial waxing and brow services to Minors between the ages of 9-17 years of age. Any Minor under 16 years of age will not be provided full body waxing and/or bikini service(s), at Bee Bare By Jennah. 


Understanding the Risks:

  • The consent form will include information regarding the risks involved with hair removal treatments. Parents must acknowledge that they understand these risks by signing the waiver. If you need assistance with this process, I am available to answer any questions.


Age Requirements for Specific Services


Bikini and Brazilian Waxes:

  • To receive bikini or Brazilian waxing services at [Your Company Name], clients must be 16 years of age or older. This policy is designed to ensure that we provide these specific treatments to clients who are of an appropriate age and maturity level.


Verification of Age:

  • Clients may be required to provide proof of age, such as a government-issued identification, at the time of service. This helps us maintain compliance with our age policy and ensures a safe environment for all clients.


Minors Policy:


At Bee Bare By Jennah, I prioritize the safety of all our clients in a salon environment that contains potential hazards, such as sharp tools, hot wax, and various chemicals. Therefore, we have established the following policy regarding the presence of Minors in our salon:


Minors Between 0-6 Years of Age:

  • To ensure safety, we strongly recommend that Minors under the age of 6 not be brought into the Studio.


Minors Aged 0 to 9:

  • Minors aged 0-9 are permitted to accompany parents in the treatment room only if the service being provided is less than 60 minutes long. 
  • Parents must acknowledge and accept the risks associated with having their Minor in the treatment area.


Disruption During the service:

  • If a Minor becomes disruptive during the service, I will pause the service and will charge the full price for the service, regardless of whether it was completed. 
  • I reserve the right to reschedule future appointments to a time when Minors will not be present, should disruptions occur.


Minors Over Age 9:

  • Quiet Minors aged 9 and older may sit in the waiting area, provided they are capable of being left unsupervised and do not cause disruptions.
  • We highly recommend that all Minors in the salon maintain constant supervision from an accompanying adult.


Liability:

  • Bee Bare By Jennah, assumes no responsibility for the safety or well-being of Minors accompanying clients. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children at all times.


By entering Bee Bare By Jennah, you agree to the above policy and acknowledge that Brows & Meows cannot be held liable for any incidents involving your Minor or any Minors accompanying you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


Hair Removal Policy:


At Bee Bare By Jennah, I strive to provide the most effective hair removal services. To ensure optimal results, we have established the following guidelines:


Hair Length Requirement:

  • For an effective hair removal service, it is important that you have at least 4-6 weeks of hair growth at the time of your appointment. 
  • This length is approximately the size of a grain of rice. Having sufficient hair length helps us achieve the best results during your service.


Rescheduling Due to Insufficient Hair Growth: 

  • If you arrive for your appointment and I determine your hair is not long enough for effective removal, we will need to reschedule your appointment. If you are rescheduled in this fashion by myself, you will not be charged.
  • This ensures you receive a thorough and satisfactory hair removal service on your next visit.


Cleanup for Missed Areas:

  • If you notice I missed a patch of hair after your appointment, I want to make it right. 
  • You are welcome to return for a cleanup service at no additional cost provided it is within 5-7 days after your initial appointment.


Retail Product Refund Policy:


At Bee Bare By Jennah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your retail product purchases. To ensure your happiness with our products, we have established the following refund policy:


Refund Eligibility:

  • If you are not satisfied with any retail product you have purchased from Bee Bare By Jennah, you may return it for a full refund.


Return Window:

  • You must return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund. 


Return Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please bring the product back to my studio, along with your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging for the return to be accepted.
