late & cancellation policies
- Late clients have a 15 minute grace period. After we will cancel and the deposit will be non-refundable.
- You may cancel 72 hours before appointment. We will accommodate one rescheduled date. All deposits are non-refundable., no exceptions! Refunds are totally up to the discretion of the stylist.

- Beauty Supply USA has all the colors and hair needed for the appointment. We use Outre pre-stretch hair.
- Packs and length should be noted for each style.
- Hair must be 4 inches or approved by the stylist for clients with short hair. Please come in or contact for approval on short hair.
- Deposit is non refundable if your hair is to short for your appointment.
- Rude and excessive no show clients will be blocked from online booking.
