*ALL MISSED APPTS NOT GIVEN 48 HR NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED 50% SERVICE PRICE via CC
*A minimum of 48-hour Cancellation is required with notice - or please expect Fees to incur.
*(One time Grace period may be granted for Covid Diagnosis or medical emergency)
*NO SHOWS without notice or communication, will be charged full service and will NOT be rebooked.
*A one-time, 15-minute late, grace period is allowed, but service may be truncated.
**All work is done professionally with integrity, and as service time and products used are intangibles that can't be replaced, REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN.
*We only promise our best efforts to adjust agreed-upon services within a one-week/7-day time frame
