(trampoline) class since commencing the chair, before I needed to wear a poise pad but this class I forgot and was worried about leakage. This was a good gauge to see if my pelvic floor had strengthened. Easily 90% improvement. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this treatment. Timea is a beautiful soul, so calm and confident. She has such a warmth about her and really knows what she is talking about, she taught me Kegel exercises and breathing techniques.
