What if I have concerns before, during, or after my service?

We want you to feel completely comfortable. Please communicate any concerns you may have at any point. Whether it's about the temperature of the room, the pressure of a session, or anything else, your feedback is crucial. Don't hesitate to speak up; we're here to ensure your experience is perfect as possible.

Can your staff assist me with transferring onto tables or chairs if I need help?

Please note that while we strive for your comfort and safety, our service technicians and staff are not trained or permitted to lift guests onto tables or chairs. This policy is in place to ensure both your safety and that of our team members.

If you anticipate needing transfer assistance, we kindly request that you arrange for a personal care attendant to accompany you. Having a dedicated attendant will ensure a smooth and safe experience tailored to your specific needs.

Are pets allowed inside Gallaher Suite Serene llc facilities?

No, we do not allow pets in our facility. Our policy is designed to maintain a serene and hygienic environment for all clients. In compliance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), service animals are permitted in all areas where guests are typically allowed.

The owner is solely responsible for the care and supervision of their service animal. Additionally, service animals cannot be separated from their handlers during your visit.

Please note that under the ADA, we may exclude any animal, including a service animal, if its behavior presents a direct risk to the health, safety, or smooth operation of our services. This is to ensure the well-being of all our guests and staff.

Can I bring outside food or drinks into the facility?

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing outside food, beverages, or alcoholic beverages into the building. This helps us maintain our atmosphere and cleanliness standards.

For your convenience, we offer complimentary beverages for you to enjoy before and after your service(s).

Are younger children allowed in the facility during my service?

To prioritize the safety of children and provide a relaxing experience for all our clients, we respectfully request that childcare be arranged for younger children during your service. This helps us maintain a serene environment for everyone.

Children aged 12 and older are welcome to receive services. However, please note that children aged 12 and older receiving services must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their appointment.
