About the Role
As a Licensed Lash Technician, you'll help clients feel confident by creating beautiful, customized lash services while delivering a relaxing and personalized experience. You'll have the opportunity to build long-term client relationships in a collaborative salon focused on professionalism, education, and exceptional service.
What You'll Do
Perform Professional Lash Services
Provide high-quality lash services, including:
- Classic Lash Extensions
- Hybrid Lash Extensions
- Volume Lash Extensions
- Lash Fills
- Lash Removal
- Lash Lift
- Lash Tint
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Educate clients on proper lash care and maintenance.
- Recommend appropriate products and future appointments.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety.
Contribute to the Team
- Support fellow beauty professionals.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Help foster a collaborative and positive salon culture.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a current Virginia Esthetician or Cosmetology license in good standing and any certifications required to perform lash extension services.
- Takes pride in delivering beautiful, detailed work.
- Enjoys building genuine relationships with clients.
- Is dependable, professional, and positive.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Is committed to continuing education and professional growth.
- Candidates with experience in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, brow waxing, brow tinting, and brow lamination are preferred.
