About the Role
As a Licensed Wax Technician, you'll help clients look and feel their best by providing professional waxing services in a clean, welcoming, and supportive environment. You'll build lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional care, attention to detail, and a comfortable experience from beginning to end.
What You'll Do
Perform Professional Waxing Services
Provide high-quality waxing services, including:
- Eyebrow shaping
- Lip and chin waxing
- Full facial waxing
- Underarm waxing
- Arm waxing
- Leg waxing
- Bikini waxing
- Brazilian waxing
- Back and chest waxing (as offered)
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-wax care.
- Recommend appropriate retail products and follow-up services.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety.
Contribute to the Team
- Collaborate with fellow beauty professionals.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Help create a welcoming environment where both clients and teammates feel valued.

- Holds a current Virginia Wax Technician or Esthetician license.
