What is the dress code?

Sunday Business Sessions: Business Casual or Smart Casual

Join us in your favorite “casual, but meant to impress” look — perfect for a warm Napa day. Think lightweight summer dresses, chic jumpsuits, polished tops with stylish jeans or trousers, and comfortable yet refined shoes or sandals.

Awards Ceremony and Evening Festival: Festival Chic (PG‑13!)

For our Coachella‑inspired evening, we invite you to have fun with your look — think boho dresses, flowy skirts, jumpsuits, bold prints, hats, and statement accessories. Feel free to add sparkle, fringe, or festival‑ready layers, while keeping it classy and comfortable. Let your personality shine, but please keep it PG‑13.

Monday Business Sessions and Golf Tournament: Casual, Yet Festival-Ready

For our final day of Napa sessions and outdoor fun, come dressed in your favorite “casual, but meant to impress” look — with a nod to our relaxed festival vibe. Lightweight layers work great for warm days and cooler moments indoors. Think stylish jeans, sundresses, polished shorts, breathable tops, and comfy sneakers or sandals. Feel free to add a touch of boho flair with hats, prints, or accessories!

If you’re joining the golf activity, please wear appropriate golf attire so you’ll be ready to hit the course comfortably and confidently.

How do I register for the event?

Will meals be provided at the event?

Yes! Some meals will be provided on both Sunday and Monday.

Lunch will be available for purchase both days.

What will be served for lunch on Sunday and Monday?

Lunch will be available for purchase from a selection of local Food Trucks brought in to the venue. Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available as well.

Will there be vegetarian or vegan options available during the meals?

Vegetarian and vegan options will be available for all meals provided at the event. We strive to accommodate different dietary preferences and needs.

Can I bring a guest to the event?

Yes, of course—all are welcome! We love when attendees bring friends, business besties, or team members along for the experience. Just keep in mind that every guest will need their own ticket to attend.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Although you can, tickets are limited and are expected to sell out closer to the event date. We encourage all attendees to purchase tickets ahead of time.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the event?

No, we will not be able to give refunds for the event. All tickets sales are final.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we strive to ensure that our events are accessible to all attendees. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and there will be designated areas to accommodate wheelchair users.
