All clients are required to give notice no later than 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment, in the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation, Indie Haven reserves the right to charge 100% of the service total. In the event that the client no shows a consultation, there will be a $25 fee which will be invoiced to you. Any cancellation fees must be paid in full before they are allowed to book with me again.

We understand life happens so please communicate with us if something is happening, we can be very reasonable if you respect our policy.
