Non-refundable Deposits

Deposits are paid upon booking your appointment. They secure your appointment spot and time. It goes towards your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits will be forfeited per cancellation & rescheduling policy. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellations

We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment to please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. It is only considered a rescheduled appointment if appointment is moved prior to 24 hours. Any cancellation = automatic deposit forfeit. Any cancellation in under 24 hours is considered a same day cancellation and will automatically be charged 100% of the service and forfeit your deposit. No call no show = 100% automatic service charge. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Please cancel or reschedule before 24 hours to avoid these fees. Clients with any previous unpaid balance will be blocked from booking until balance is paid!

Rescheduling

Moving your appointment prior to 24 hours is considered rescheduling. Per appointment, you are able to reschedule it TWICE, using the same deposit. Rescheduling your appointment THREE times results in cancelling your appointment and forfeiting your deposit. In that case, new appointment must be booked with a new deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Grace Period

All of our services are time sensitive and take the appropriate time that is booked out. We have a 10 minute grace period. It is your responsibility to contact us if you are running late. Arriving late will come out of your appointment time. If you are 20 or more minutes late, your appointment will automatically be considered a same day cancellation and forfeit your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Extra Guests

Please do not bring any guests or children. We will not be able to accommodate for any extra guests. There are other artists working in this space and we try to keep the environment quiet and comfortable for all of our clients. We are not liable for your guests or children's safety. When preparing for your appointment please be mindful of traffic, bathroom use, parking, and any consultation/ paperwork that needs to be done prior.

Weekend Appointments

Weekend appointments are booked by request ONLY. It must be personally booked, approved, and confirmed by your artist prior to the appointment date. We offer early and late appointments throughout the week. Any weekend appointment booked automatically has a $25 extra fee for lashes and $10 for brow appointments.

Sickness

If you are feeling ill/sick please reschedule before 24 hours to avoid any extra fees. CANCELLATION FEES STILL APPLY IF YOU ARE ILL. If you show up to your appointment with symptoms of being sick, you will be denied service and it will be considered a same day cancellation.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given under any circumstance. Adverse reactions to a service must be discussed within 72 hours with artist to find an accommodation.Your answer here
