Welcome! I am a Mitchell, South Dakota, native born and raised, but there is more to me and my story and how I got to where I am as a Massage Therapist today. I left Mitchell on my 19th birthday to create a new life in Minneapolis, and I successfully did just that in the food service industry. I loved knowing that my career in service was what I was called to. When my life took a twist and I moved home, I continued my passion for serving people. I then discovered that helping people in a therapeutic way was where I would find home. I sought out my LMT license, and the rest, is history. After seven years at Integrated Massage Solutions in Mitchell, I am now out on my own and ready to continue to serve.
