Hi, I’m Megan Lewis—lifelong athlete, former D1 swimmer, and passionate coach. After retiring from collegiate swimming at the University of South Carolina, I struggled to find direction—until discovering my purpose in helping others reconnect with their bodies and minds.

In 2020, I launched MM Physiques, where I coach both competitors and lifestyle clients through a functional, full-body approach. My coaching goes beyond training and nutrition, with a strong focus on hormone health, gut function, and mindset—ensuring true alignment inside and out.

Since stepping into bodybuilding in 2021, I’ve embraced a lifestyle built on discipline, growth, and purpose. I’m proud to represent Move Better Massage Therapy and am committed to helping others realize their full potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I'm Aaron Ashe, a Transportation/Production Supervisor at Kroger Distribution. In my free time, I enjoy going to the movies, racing go-karts, bowling, and playing all kinds of sports. Tacos are my favorite food, but when I'm indulging, I can't resist a double burger with fries. I've been into bodybuilding for five years, but before that, I spent 18 years powerlifting.

Hi! My name is Abbey Asencio and I am proud to be an athlete of Move Better Massage Therapy LLC! I started my bodybuilding journey at the beginning of 2024 and competed in two shows my first year at the NPC Kentucky natural and won my first overall at the NPC WV Think Pink! My next goal is to compete first thing in 2026 after a year off to grow and get married! Outside of bodybuilding, I enjoy spending time with my pets, 2 dogs and 4 wonderful kitties and playing magic the gathering with my pals. My favorite cheat meal will always be Texas Roadhouse any chance I can. I cannot be more excited to partner with MBMT as they continue to grow and aid other athletes like me!

My name is Ryan Stewart—service technician, welder, and competitive bodybuilder. Outside the gym, I love spending time with my wife and daughter, riding motorcycles, shooting, fishing, and hunting. And yes—Italian food is the go-to cheat meal!

I’ve been bodybuilding for 2.5 years and have earned multiple class wins, overalls, and a Mr. Ohio title. Before that, I was a competitive powerlifter for 6 years with over 100 first-place finishes, 50+ national/world records, and 3 years competing with Team USA.

Bodybuilding has been a dream since I was 16, inspired by legends like Arnold, Ronnie, and Dorian. With support from my family, coach, and sponsors—including Move Better Massage Therapy—I’m chasing that IFBB Pro Card in 2025.

My name is April Arellano, and I work as a program manager for the U.S. Air Force. Outside the gym, I enjoy gaming, cooking, time with family, and hanging out with my pets. I’ve been training seriously for bodybuilding since 2022.

Diagnosed with scoliosis as a child, I underwent spinal fusion surgery in 2011 and now have two titanium rods in my back. I was told there would be limits—but I’ve always been determined to prove otherwise. That drive led me to discover my love for weightlifting and, eventually, the stage.

I competed in my first show at the Julie Palmer Classic in 2022 and have been hooked ever since. After a focused off-season, I’m working hard toward my next show. Bodybuilding has become more than a sport for me—it’s my passion, purpose, and a path to becoming stronger in every way.

Hey guys! My name is Anthony Asencio and I am super excited to be teaming up with Move Better Massage Therapy LLC! I began my bodybuilding career almost 5 years ago, after growing up as a 110lb distance runner my entire life. A couple years after high school and a couple steaks later, I began to become OBSESSED with training. I would go to the gym twice a day sometimes (pretty frequently) just because I loved being there. I am both a full time Firefighter/Paramedic and a bodybuilding/lifestyle coach! When I’m not training or on duty, I love fishing, hiking, and spending time with my Fiancée, friends, and family. (Also I’m a professional yapper, so if you ever see me at the gym come say hi!!!!)

Hi, I’m Gabi Lesko! I’m 26 and work as a Department of Defense Civilian in security for the U.S. Air Force. I was a gymnast for 16 years before earning a college scholarship in Acrobatics and Tumbling, where I became a 2x Mountain East Conference Champion, All-American, and Best Female Athlete of the Year.

After college, I transitioned into powerlifting in late 2022. Less than two years in, I qualified for USAPL Nationals 2024, lifting 100% raw in a drug-tested federation. My personal bests so far: 155kg squat, 90kg bench, and 162.5kg deadlift at 67kg body weight (407.5kg total).

Outside of lifting, I love hiking, spending time on the water, and going on adventures with my boyfriend and our dogs. I also volunteer training service dogs for veterans and children with disabilities—and I’ll never say no to Mexican food!

I’m excited to keep growing in my athletic journey and can’t wait to step on the platform again soon.

Hi, I’m Amanda Seas! I started swimming at age 6 and have been lifting for over a decade. I began competing in powerlifting in 2017 and have experience in both multi-ply and raw formats. I’m currently coached by Josh Morrow (@offntheshower1) and Trevor Jaffe (@jaffestrength).

Some of my top achievements include a 1,155 lb multi-ply total at 128 lbs and a 1,000 lb raw total at 121.8 lbs, ranking me #17 all-time by total and #5 all-time by bench in the raw 123 class. I was Best Raw Lifter at the 2024 Tri-State Challenge and placed 2nd overall raw at the 2025 Cincinnati Women’s Pro/Am.

Outside the gym, I’m a Social Studies teacher, swim coach, and part of my church’s Family Ministry Team. I love spending time with my boyfriend Josh, our dog Blu, and my loved ones—and I never turn down a good psychological thriller.

My current goal: build raw strength and return to multi-ply in the future.
