Hi! My name is Megan Lewis and I have been an athlete all my life. I started swimming year-round when I was 7 years old and went on to swim all 4 years in college at The University of South Carolina! Upon retirement I became incredibly lost in who I was and what was next for me. I struggled for roughly 3 years before finding my new path and passion.

In June 2020 I made a career change and started my own coaching business MM Physiques. I coach both competitors and lifestyle clients with a full body, functional approach. I focus on more than just the physical and prioritize all pieces of the body; internal, external, and mental to ensure that each individual I work with is living their life in full alignment and connection. My coaching includes training and nutrition along with hormone and gut health guidance.

I started training to compete in November 2020 and stepped on stage for the first time in July 2021. After my heel hit the stage I knew the sport of bodybuilding was for me. I live my life in alignment with my goals and absolutely love the lifestyle that I have created for myself. Bodybuilding has taught me the importance of focusing on the process and just how important failure is for our growth and evolution.

I am married to a wonderful man who supports me in all my endeavors and helps me grow every single day. We have a big, fluffy year-old Labradoodle named Arlo who is full of life and energy and loves everyone and everything!

I hope to show and help others see that they are capable of anything they set their mind to and that the power they have within them is unlike anyone else’s!

I am honored and proud to represent Move Better Massage Therapy and look forward to all that is to come!

I'm Aaron Ashe, a Transportation/Production Supervisor at Kroger Distribution. In my free time, I enjoy going to the movies, racing go-karts, bowling, and playing all kinds of sports. Tacos are my favorite food, but when I'm indulging, I can't resist a double burger with fries. I've been into bodybuilding for five years, but before that, I spent 18 years powerlifting.

My name is Ryan Stewart and I am a service technician/welder. My favorite hobbies outside of the gym include spending time with my beautiful wife and daughter. Also riding motorcycles, shooting guns, fishing, hunting. Favorite cheat meal is Italian food. I’ve been doing bodybuilding now for 2.5 years now. Some of my accomplishments so far in bodybuilding: First show made top 5 and first place in novice. Second show took first place in my weight class and second runner up for overall. Third show won my class in open bodybuilding and won first place in Mr. Ohio class. I also won both overalls one in men’s open bodybuilding and other in Mr. Ohio bodybuilding. I’ve always wanted to be a bodybuilder since I was 16 years old. I always idolized the greats such as Arnold, Ronnie, Dorian, Flex, Jay etc the list goes on and on. I was a competitive powerlifter for 6 years and accomplished over 100 first place finishes, and over 50 broken American and national world records. Also lifted for team USA for 3 years. My journey through powerlifting and now carrying over to bodybuilding has been a blessing along with the great support from my wife, daughter, family, friends and my awesome Coach and sponsors such as Fit fam and now Move Better Massage Therapy. I’m excited to see what 2025 brings and working hard to get that IFBB PRO CARD.

My name is Britt Hasseltine and I’ve been a competitive athlete since I was three years old, competing in contemporary and classical dance. My love for performing arts gravitated me towards becoming a professional dancer/ performer. I moved to the USA from New Zealand at 22 and shifted my direction towards becoming a personal trainer. 2022 I decided to do a bodybuilding show, mostly to tick it off my bucket list. Post show I took two years off to gain some more experience and found myself back doing shows in 2024. I started taking competing more seriously in 2024, resulting in 2 Overalls with my amazing coach Monty. What I love the most about competing in shows isn’t just the physical, it’s the emotional journey and the satisfaction of proving yourself capable of doing something so vulnerable. Do I have cheat meals? Honestly not really. I consider myself a plain Jane type eater, I have t found a vegetable I don’t like. My favorite hobbies, anything in the fitness realm that has a race style format. My favorite races, definitely Tough Mudder, mud runs and running. Some time in the future I would love to compete in Hyrox. My entire life is fitness and is a major part of my identity. If it’s competitive to any degree, I’ll probably do it.

My name is Nabi Elohim. I am a certified OCB judge and a NPC Women’s Physique and Women’s Figure competitor. I have a Masters of Divinity and a Bachelors in Philosophy. I am an ordained minister, a wife, and a mother. Some hobbies and things that I enjoy are to serve the Lord, help others, lift weights, write, draw, paint, and sing. I got into bodybuilding when my husband and I got engaged 9 years ago because he was into bodybuilding. I immediately fell in love with the challenge of developing my muscles and growing into an entirely new human being both inside and out. For me, bodybuilding is a metaphor for my walk with Christ as it has taught me to endure long suffering, how to be disciplined, persistent, relentless, patient, dedicated, and how to have faith in God as I work with Him to get me through every trial and temptation. As Christ has pruned my heart and mind to be an instrument of His Gospel, so bodybuilding has shaped and molded my me into the athlete that I want to be. I give God all of the glory for who I am today and how far He has allowed me to go.

My name is April Arellano and I am currently working for the Air Force as a program manager. When I am not at the gym, I spend most of my time with my pets at home, gaming, cooking, or with my family. I am a huge fan of summer and warm weather. I have been training & dieting with bodybuilding goals in mind since 2022. When I was growing up, I was diagnosed with scoliosis and had spinal fusion surgery in 2011. I have two titanium rods with screws in my back. I was told there could be many things that could be challenging for me to do. If there’s one thing about me is that I don’t like being told I can’t do something. And I will do everything I can to prove you wrong. This really set my sights on gaining strength not just physically but mentally. Before I got into bodybuilding, I dabbled in the gym a bit and really started to find my love for weightlifting. In 2022 I decided to do my first show at the Julie Palmer and fell in love with the stage. I decided from then on to take a long off-season to really grow and recomp my physique. Since then, I have been working super hard, and plan on hitting the stage here again soon. Bodybuilding is one of the greatest journeys I’ve begun in my life. It inspires me every day to continue to be a better person to grow physically and mentally. It truly is my passion and my calling from above.

Hey guys! My name is Anthony Asencio and I am super excited to be teaming up with Move Better Massage Therapy LLC! I began my bodybuilding career almost 5 years ago, after growing up as a 110lb distance runner my entire life. A couple years after high school and a couple steaks later, I began to become OBSESSED with training. I would go to the gym twice a day sometimes (pretty frequently) just because I loved being there. I am both a full time Firefighter/Paramedic and a bodybuilding/lifestyle coach! When I’m not training or on duty, I love fishing, hiking, and spending time with my Fiancée, friends, and family. (Also I’m a professional yapper, so if you ever see me at the gym come say hi!!!!)
