Yes and no. If your primary care provider refers you for massage therapy and your insurance plan approves out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide detailed SOAP notes and documentation for you to submit directly to your insurance company. However, we do not bill or work directly with insurance providers.

Yes, we accept HSA/FSA as a form of payment.

Your comfort and security are our highest priority. While we recommend removing undergarments for optimal muscle access, we fully support whatever makes you feel most comfortable. You will remain safe and properly draped at all times. 

Additionally, please arrive freshly showered for your session. Shaving is a matter of personal preference and is not necessary before your treatment

At the moment, we do not offer couples massage.

Absolutely! Cupping and scraping techniques are incorporated when your therapist identifies stubborn, high-tension areas that would benefit from specialized release. To further enhance your session, we may also use other tools like a Hypervolt. All modalities are performed with your consent, and as part of the standard Northern Restore experience, there are no additional charges
