What Is RollerFit?


RollerFit is the pioneering roller skate group fitness format, uniquely blending various roller-dance techniques into a comprehensive workout.


Participants engage in repetitive movements that not only strengthen muscles and burn calories but also enhance their roller-dance skills. This total body workout targets multiple muscle groups, elevates the heart rate, and improves speed and agility.


Upon completing a RollerFit boot camp, participants have reported significant improvements in:

4 week boot camps are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
