In the last few years SBJC has experienced exponential location growth and as such, requires a leader to head the paid & earned media services area for both of our company websites ( & ). While these services are currently being supported by a 3rd party paid media vendor, the role of this position will be to not only manage the vendor, but also lead the support growth strategy be it with the current agency, a new agency, a hybrid internal / external model or fully internal.
Our corporate website will be undergoing a brand refresh later this year and the person in this role will play a vital role in supporting the lead generation strategy & implementation for both salon owner tenants as well as franchisee recruitment efforts.
SBJC is looking for a dynamic leader that has recent experience leading a marketing group, vendor, or privately owned business, with support programs & key initiatives that help build a franchise retail business. The leader in this role must be analytically astute with advanced experience in digital analytics marketing specifically using Datorama (Salesforce), has worked with other marketing and sales enablement tools (i.e. call centers, telephony & on-site marketing programs) and has advanced communication skills (oral & written) from both a corporate and client level. This person will play a vital leadership role in the evolution of our marketing team reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and working cross functionally with our operations team to assure we maintain a minimum average companywide occupancy rates of 90%. This leader will direct an external team that includes, vendors, and consultants to deliver marketing support systems (primarily Salesforce CRM) but is also expected to lead in direct reports within the marketing organizations as well as cross functionally.
