Our administrative support is transitioning from phone contact to text and email-only support at hi@arnettakyle.com . During this transition, we kindly request your patience, allowing our team 24 hours to respond to your inquiries, as we are currently experiencing a high volume of client support requests.
Cancellation Policy
Our studio has a cancellation policy in place to ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and to accommodate all our clients. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of reservation to secure your appointment.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and an additional charge of 25% of the cost of the reserved service.
For gift cards, a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the regular price of the reserved service(s) will be assessed.

Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and Spa on the Hill gift cards, and some Health Savings Accounts. Our therapists accept gratuities, cash is preferred. We do not accept returns or exchanges for seasonal sales, gift cards, packages, promotions, and memberships.
