What to Expect at Your Visit

Thank you for choosing Sugar Beauty Studio! Please review the following before your appointment:

1. Arrival: Please arrive on time. New clients may need extra time.
2. New Clients: Please add the Sugar Beauty Newbie add-on to your first appointment. This adds extra time so I have time to assess your nail health and give you the proper care to ensure you have beautiful results! This is only for your FIRST appointment . I do not work over other techs work so please add a soak off or remove prior to your appointment.
3. Clean Hands & Feet: Please arrive with clean hands/feet and no heavy lotions or oils on the treatment area so we can provide the best results.
4. Children & Guests: To maintain a calm, focused environment, we kindly ask that only the person being serviced is present in the treatment area unless otherwise arranged in advance.
5. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, please notify if you will be late. Life happens it’s okay.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late changes or no‑shows may be subject to a fee.
7. Payment: Payment is due at the end of your service. We accept [Card and Zelle].
8. Aftercare: Your artist/technician will review aftercare instructions with you at the end of your visit. Please follow them carefully for best results.
9. Russian Mani: Please make sure to add on Russian Mani and Designs to your appointment if desired. They are not automatically included. A clean express manicure will be given if none are selected.
10. Fill in Over 5 Weeks – Please select a soak off- if it has been more than 5 weeks since your last fill. This adds extra time for proper prep and product removal to protect your natural nails and ensure the best results.
