Deposits


To secure your appointment or confirm a treatment package, a $100 deposit is required. This deposit holds your scheduled time with our specialists and allows us to prepare for your specific treatment.

  1. When is the deposit due? Your deposit is due at the time of booking.
  2. What does the deposit cover? This deposit reserves your specific treatment date and time and is applied directly towards the total cost of your treatment.
  3. Is the deposit refundable? Deposits are non-refundable.


Payment Methods


We offer several convenient payment options for your treatments and products:

  1. Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  2. Online Payments: For your convenience, secure online payments can be made through our patient portal or via a secure link provided with your invoice.
  3. Cash: Cash payments are accepted in person at our front desk.
  4. Financing Options: We partner with CareCredit and Cherry Payment Plans to offer flexible financing options for qualified patients. Please inquire with our team for more details.

Payment Due Dates: The remaining balance for your treatment or product is due on the day of your service.


Refunds


Our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of medical spa services and products.

  1. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment
  2. All payments for services are non-refundable, regardless of the total amount paid.

Product Returns:

  1. Unopened and unused skincare products or medical-grade products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided you have the original receipt.
  2. Due to the medical nature and sterility requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
  3. All sales are final on prescription products.
  4. No refunds will be issued for partially used or expired treatment packages.

How Refunds Are Processed: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Late Arrival, Rescheduling, Cancellation, No Shows

Late Arrivals


We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full treatment time.

  1. If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible by calling (925)529-4377.
  2. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent appointments. This ensures fairness to all clients.
  3. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.


Rescheduling Your Appointment


We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we’re happy to assist.

  1. Please provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. This allows us to offer your valuable time slot to another client seeking care.
  2. You can reschedule by calling (925)529-4377, emailing info@thecherishmethods.com, or through our online patient portal https://mysite.vagaro.com/thecherishmethods/book-appointment.
  3. You may reschedule or cancel once within this 48-hour window. After that, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.


No-Shows


A "no-show" occurs when you miss an appointment without any prior notification.

  1. Appointments missed without notice will result in a 50% charge for the full service amount.
