Booking Policy

At The House of Her, I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Changes made within that 24-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply — please reach out and let me know, as I understand that circumstances can vary.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me to continue offering intentional, quality care for every client.

Photo & Social Media Policy

At The House of Her, I love sharing my work and showcasing real results! By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you may be asked to have before and/or after photos taken of your service. These photos may be used on my social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok) and/or my website for educational and promotional purposes.

Please note:

Photos are typically focused on the treatment area only (brows, lashes, skin, etc.).
Your full face will not be shown unless it is necessary to capture facial service results (such as facials or skin treatments).
I respect your privacy—if you are uncomfortable with photos being used, just let me know prior to your service.
