Cancellation Policy 

Please thoroughly read so there is no confusion on anyone’s end.


Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations, rescheduling or changes to your appointment. 


Here are some reasons your card on file will be charged:

 

*If you choose to cancel or reschedule for ANY reason within the 24 hours leading up to your scheduled appointment time, you WILL be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of your originally scheduled service charge.


*If you are late to your appointment (7 min Grace period) it will be 50% charge. 


*If you no-show your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service total, after 12 hrs, if there is NO CONTACT (no call, no text) you will be banned from online booking with me. Or if you no-show 3 times you will be banned from booking any future appointments with me.


*New clients are required to book with a deposit for the first visit, if you cancel,reschedule within 24 hrs leading up to your scheduled appointment time or no-show your deposit will be forfeited.


If you need to cancel or reschedule please download the Vagaro App from your App Store and there you can log into your profile and can do so there as long as it’s in a timely manner. You can log in by using the email you put on file and the password you created when you made your very first appointment.



Your appointment time is reserve specifically for you, that means your services with me are very time sensitive. Everyone is reminded 72 hours before and 24 hours before about the reservation, so please make sure you have your push notifications on to receive these. Not recieving an electronic notification of your appointment is NOT a sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. We recognize the time of our clients valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who would have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which will result in a cancellation fee.
