What's the Deal With Points?

One of the fun things about our new booking system is that we implemented a points system. Now that we've been using Vagaro for about 18 months, we can really start to have fun with its features.

We thought a points system would be a good opportunity to introduce you to new services/products at Urbaca. If points may be used, the amount is listed under the service or product. We may change what services receive points or can be redeemed for points. This is new for us so we're trying adapting what we offer to what you enjoy!

If you would like to know your points on a desktop, log in at https://mysite.vagaro.com/urbacasalon. If you haven't created an account, we can send you a link. You can also ask at the front desk.

Once you're logged in, click your profile on the top right corner and a drop down menu will appear. Your points are listed under "Points", 4th up from the bottom.

If you're on mobile, if you log in at log in at https://mysite.vagaro.com/urbacasalon and click the three bars in the top right corner of your screen, scroll down to "My Profile" and scroll down more for "Points", it's 4th up from the bottom. Once you hit that button your points amount should appear.

In December 2024, travel size Oribe products, Pearl Magic Head Spa with Five Step Facial and select stylists' Shampoo/Blow dry services are available to redeem with points.
