Healing happens through connection—within ourselves, our bodies, and safe relationships that allow us to feel seen and supported. At Wholeness Within Integrative Care, I offer an integrative approach to trauma healing that gently supports your nervous system’s natural capacity to restore balance, resilience, and wholeness.
Somatic therapy helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and release the effects of stress and trauma stored in the nervous system. Through body awareness, grounding, and regulation practices, you learn to sense safety, presence, and vitality from within.
IFS therapy helps you explore the different parts of yourself with compassion and curiosity. By understanding and integrating the protective and wounded parts of your inner world, you can experience deeper self-connection, clarity, and emotional freedom.
Somatic EMDR combines traditional EMDR with mindful attention to the body’s felt experience. This approach helps process traumatic memories while staying grounded in the present moment, allowing for deep healing without overwhelm.
Neurofeedback gently trains the brain to self-regulate and find greater balance. Using the BrainPaint system, visual and auditory feedback guide your brain toward more stable, flexible patterns that support calm, focus, and emotional resilience. Each client begins with a personalized evaluation and protocol designed specifically for their unique brain. As your provider, I’m present in every session—monitoring progress and tailoring feedback as your brain learns and grows.
Together, these approaches create an integrative path to healing—supporting both body and brain in restoring safety, connection, and regulation. Whether through somatic awareness, compassionate inner exploration, or direct brain training, this work helps you come home to yourself with greater ease, clarity, and wholeness.
