Eyebrow Design Approval

Before your procedure, Olivia will carefully design your eyebrows to compliment your features. You will have full control and must approve both the shape and color before any pigment is applied. Colors can be customized to match your exact preferences, ensuring the final result is exactly what you want.

If you choose to draw your own eyebrow shape, an additional release form will be required. Permanent makeup is a long-term decision, so please take the time to consider it carefully.

Appointment Conduct

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if a client exhibits unusual behavior or anxiety related to the procedure.

Deposits are non-refundable.

For safety and hygiene, visitors are not allowed in procedure rooms. These rooms are kept sanitary and free from distractions, in accordance with Department of Public Health requirements. Additional visitors must remain in the waiting area.

Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

All appointments require a $50 deposit, which is applied toward your procedure.

Deposits are non-refundable.

1. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
2. Missed appointments without proper notice are considered a “No Show”, and deposits will be forfeited.
3. Clients who miss appointments will be required to pay in full for future bookings.
4. Cancellations with deposits must be rebooked within 6 months, as skin and pigment results may change over time.

Late Policy:

To respect all clients’ time, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Touch-Up Policy

Touch-ups are essential for achieving the best results and should be completed within 4–6 weeks of your original appointment.

1. Additional touch-ups may be needed for clients with difficult skin or improper skincare.
2. Extra touch-up appointments start at $150.
