Booking Policy

Deposits and Payments:

  1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients.
  2. Deposits will be applied toward the service. The remaining balance will be due at the completion of service.
  3. You can reschedule one time with no charge. Rescheduling two times will result in being charged the remaining 50% and forfeit your deposit.
  4. All deposits and fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  5. Deposits expire one year from the date paid.

Cancelations:

  1. For same-day cancellations less than 5 hours before your appointment and no-shows, 100% of the service fee will be charged, resulting in the loss of the deposit.
  2. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. 
  3. If you are more than 20 minutes late, without any notice or rescheduling, you will be marked as a no-show and charged 100% of the service fee.

Gift Cards:

  1. Gift cards expire 90 days from the date of issue and are non-transferable.

Appointment Conduct:

  1. No children or additional guests are allowed. If they are present, the appointment will be rescheduled and considered a same-day cancellation, resulting in a 50% charge.
  2. Personal calls and loud phone usage are not permitted during appointments.


Policy Changes:

  1. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.


Health and Safety:

  1. Our policies remain in effect if you are ill, including if you have COVID-19.
  2. Please wait in your car and check in via the Vagaro app. We will inform you when we're ready to start service.


Short Appointments:

  1. For appointments lasting 15–20 minutes, if you are more than five minutes late, the appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show.


Outstanding Balances:

  1. All outstanding balances must be settled before rebooking any future services.


Refunds and Credits:

  1. No refunds are provided for pre-paid services or deposits. You may reschedule up to two times within a year or use your deposit as a credit toward another service. Credits are non-transferable.
  2. Pre-paid appointments must be redeemed within six months of the payment date.
  3. Products can be returned within 30 days for a refund if unopened and unused. Alternatively, they can be exchanged for a gift card of the same amount.
