Ally Mastroianni is a National Champion, 2x World Champion with Team USA and WLL professional lacrosse player. During her time at UNC, she helped lead her team to 4 ACC Championships, a National Championship, and earned National Midfielder of the Year, First-Team All-American, 2x ACC Midfielder of the Year, Tewaaraton Finalist, etc. After playing at UNC, she went on to win a Gold Medal with Team USA at the 2022 Women's World Championship. In 2024, she was named captain of the first ever USA women's Box Lacrosse Team - where they took home Gold with a historic win over Canada. She competed professionally with Athlete's Unlimited where she has finished in the top 10 three years in a row. Now, she is the captain for the California Palms, where she plays professionally in the Women's Lacrosse League (WLL). She also is a member of all three women's national teams - field, box, and sixes - and is competing for multiple world championships and hopefully The Olympics in 2028.
Ally is extremely passionate about growing the game worldwide. She spends her time sharing her knowledge and skills through teaching and coaching all around the world. Her goals are to grow the game, and to inspire and empower the next generation through impactful, intentional and high-level training.

The Mission of Ally Mastroianni is to grow the game of lacrosse through intentional, high-level and impactful training. Ally is passionate about this sport and strives to inspire and empower as many girls as possible to fall in love with lacrosse.
