Providing the best possible experience for our clients is our goal at Alyce Leonard Permanent Makeup & Aesthetics. Before you come in for your next appointment, we encourage you to review our policies for appointments, cancellations, and service and sales. We ask that all clients abide by our policies to ensure a streamlined appointment process and allow us to provide the highest level of care during every visit. CONTRAINDICATIONS
POLICIES
Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees.
We do require a deposit of ($100) in order to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
A minimum of 72-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling sick within the 72 hour period we ask you please reschedule at time of notice and provide us with a doctor's note so that we can transfer your deposit.
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file. You may reschedule your appointment for another date however, it will be the first available appointment which could be weeks/months out.
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment.
A minimum of 2 appointments are recommended to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve a desired results and will be charged accordingly.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances.
