If you are 25+ minutes late without communication, you will be marked as a no-show, your deposit will be forfeited, and future booking privileges may be revoked.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
All deposits are non-refundable.
Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
To retain your deposit, reschedule at least 48 hours in advance using the confirmation email link.
Rescheduling must be within two weeks and is subject to availability.
Cancellations or reschedules under 48 hours must be done by phone only—DMs and texts are not accepted.
No-shows are charged the full appointment cost and may be blocked from future bookings.
Payment & Booking Policies
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
All deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled within two weeks (subject to availability).
A $2 processing fee applies to all bookings.
Remaining balances must be paid via Cash or Venmo.
No-call, no-show appointments will result in a full charge and loss of future booking privileges.
All sales are final.
