You must have completed an Intro Lesson before requesting a weekly lesson slot. If you have not, please visit the Intro Tab to schedule one. All new students must select a lesson with Libbie. Requests are subject to office approval.

Summer | Fall Lesson Schedule Changes

At Apex Riding Academy, we adjust our lesson schedules seasonally to accommodate Arizona's weather and school schedules. This scheduling page is for existing Apex students who need to select a new recurring lesson time during one of these seasonal transitions.

Selecting Your New Weekly Lesson Time

Please review the available lesson times and select the day and time that works best for your family.

Once your new schedule is confirmed, this will become your permanent recurring weekly lesson slot for the upcoming season. You will not need to sign up for individual lessons each week.

Important: August Is Our Flex Scheduling Month

August is a unique transition month at Apex. With students returning to school while Arizona temperatures remain too hot for regular afternoon lessons, we offer a temporary flexible schedule to help families continue riding.

During August only:

1. Students may select from a variety of available lesson days and times throughout the month.
2. Your lessons do not have to fall on the same day or at the same time each week.
3. Additional weekend lesson opportunities may be available specifically for students transitioning from fall afternoons to summer mornings.
4. These additional weekend openings are temporary and do not affect the regular weekend lesson schedule.
5. August lesson selections are separate from your permanent weekly lesson time beginning in September.

Beginning in September, You must have selected your permanent time in August, and will return to their requested recurring weekly lesson schedule. The August flex schedule does not guarantee that those same days or times will be available for the fall season.
