Policies
All appointments must be held with credit card information. You will not be charged unless you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time.
If you cancel 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 25% of the service, If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you cancel the same day or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service price.
If you are running more than 15 minutes behind schedule, kindly notify us to avoid appointment termination and a 100% charge.
If you’ll be at the salon for a while, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave your young children at home. We use chemicals and sharp tools all the time, and it’s best to keep them safe.
Jules Madriz reserves the right to refuse service to individuals exhibiting inappropriate behavior, neglecting their hair health, or for any other reason.
Services are not available to clients with contagious conditions such as head lice or any other infectious disease or illness. We kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness. Our primary objective is to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of all our clients and staff.
