Appointment Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
I understand that life happens and schedules may change. To respect both your time and mine, please review the policy below:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% fee. No-shows will also be charged 30% of the scheduled service. If you need to reschedule, this fee may be applied toward your next appointment when rebooked. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened to avoid disrupting other appointments, or may need to reschedule.
This policy helps keep the schedule running smoothly and ensures fairness to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and respect.

I accept Credit & Debit Cards, Cash and Zelle. To show appreciation, clients paying with Cash or Zelle receive $5 off each service.
