Subject to case by case basic, fixed without charge within 7 days for Gel & within 10 days for Gel X/ Acylic/ Dip/ Gel Builder/ TAP Gel
Appointment Rearrangements
Avana Nail Spa reserves the right to rearrange appointments unless clarified, by online request option or being advised in advance.
Late Arrival
10 or more minutes late will be considered as a walk walk-in appointment.
Last booking / Walk-In
At least 30' before closing for services lasting 60 minutes or more.
Group booking (three or more)
8-hour advance booking required for large parties or occasions.
