Appointment Rearrangements
Avana Nail Spa reserves the right to rearrange appointments unless clarified, by online request option or being advised in advance.
Late Arrival
15 or more minutes late will be considered as a walk walk-in appointment.
Last booking / Walk-In
At least an hour before closing depending on which services
Group booking (three or more)
8-hour advance booking required for large parties or occasions.
