The most common question I am asked by new guests is: what should I do before my appointment?
To make your experience smooth and easy, you will receive an email from me titled "Welcome to my Chair!" that details on how to come prepared for your appointment along with the salon address.
After you have booked your appointment, you will receive a brief digital consultation form. This will allow me to make sure your service is booked accurately and to help me prepare your appointment for an experience tailored specifically to you.
In person, we'll have a more in depth conversation together about your hair journey. This conversation will allow both of us to get to know each other a little more and how I can make you happy as my guests. This is an excellent opportunity to discover any changes you may have for your appointment for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Once we have finished your appointment, you will receive an email thanking you for your visit. In the email, it will have information on how to take care of your hair at home. We will discuss this during your service, but this email is a reminder for everything we cover during your appointment. I also love to follow up with my guests after their appointment to ensure they love their hair and for any feedback on their experience.
