Appointment Cancellation Policy

Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to prevent incurring penalties. Cancellations made within this period will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. A no-show will also incur this same fee. Your understanding of this policy is appreciated, as it enables us to serve all clients more effectively. If you anticipate being late, please contact us; arriving more than 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling and could incur a late fee.
