Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my ability to serve my clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter the studio. As an aesthetician, I have to limit the number of clients I take in a day to ensure the highest level of quality.
I depend on clients showing up for their scheduled appointment times.
In order to reserve a spot for you in my schedule I require that you agree to the cancellation policy, as follows:
I value your business and ask that you respect my business scheduling policies. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. In the event of a cancellation received less than 24 hours prior to appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of books service will incur. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
