Late Arrivals

To respect the time of both our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your scheduled time and need to reschedule.



Late Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made outside of this window will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service.

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, a fee of 50% of the missed service will be charged. After two no-show appointments, you will no longer be able to schedule future appointments with Bella on Broad.


Service Guarantee & Refunds

At Bella on Broad, we take great pride in the quality of our work and your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know during your appointment or within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to provide adjustments within that 48-hour period to ensure you leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Health History

For your safety and comfort, please inform our staff if you have any allergies, physical conditions, disabilities, or if you're pregnant. If you feel any discomfort during your service, let your provider know immediately.



Right to Refuse Service

Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, appearing intoxicated, or whose health condition may affect the outcome of the service.

Children in the Salon

For the safety of all, unsupervised children are not allowed in the salon. If necessary, please arrange for proper supervision by bringing an additional caretaker.
