What if I am 5 minutes late?
To keep the schedule running smoothly and respect everyone’s time, I can’t take clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late.
Can I book outside the available time slots?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to squeeze in appointments. We run a tight schedule, so if a time isn’t available online, it means it’s not open
