Does cosmetic tattooing hurt?

We use a topical numbing cream on the area that were working on.

Is it permanent?

It is a form of tattooing, so yes it is permanent because it never fully fades, although the pigments used differ from conventional tattooing so over time they become lighter.

Can anyone get it done?

People over the age of 18 can get it done as long as they're not pregnant or breastfeeding.

Is this a one session procedure?

No, most cosmetic tattoo procedures are a two step process, which means you'll need a second session after your first visit. In some cases more will be needed.
