Booking Policy
Due to high volume of clientele credit cards on file are REQUIRED to book and hold all appointments. This also helps for speedier check out at the end of your appointment.
For all fullsets we require a deposit in order to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are only valid for the date and time of your appointment. They cannot be moved from one appointment to another.
No Kids or Extra guests
We are located in a building in a small private studio suite. Due to the nature of our work and size of our studio, we unfortunately do not allow children or extra guests.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Our booking system sends confirmation texts 72 hours before your appointment, 48 hours before your appointment and an appointment reminder 24 hours before. This is to prevent scheduling conflicts and no shows. As a result all appointments must be rescheduled with 48 hour notice. Appointments canceled within 24hr results in a 100% charge of the service. Same day cancelations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file. The amount must be paid for in order to reschedule your appointment.
Late Policy
There is a 10 minute grace period for fullsets and fills. 5 minutes for perms, tints, and waxing. We take our work seriously and do not like to rush quality or be behind on other services so anything later than the time stated above for the service you booked for, will result in a charge and rescheduled as we no longer have the allotted time you booked for .Please text us to notify us if you're going to be tardy.
No Show Policy
Our booking system sends confirmation texts 72 hours before your appointment,48 hours, and 24 hours before your appointment to prevent no shows and scheduling conflicts. As a result, we will charge a fee as you are responsible for the appointment you booked. Even if you do not confirm via text, it is understood that you have booked your appointment and are responsible to arrive on time. Should you need to cancel/reschedule, it must be done via text. A text will be sent at the 5 minute mark if you have not arrived. At the 15 minute mark, your appointment will be marked as a no call no show and the card on file will be charged 100%.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not available for any services as product has already been used. However if an incident occurs within 24 business hours please notify us.
After Hours Policy
We currently do not offer after hour appointments. We operate like any other business and all appointments must be scheduled during standard business hours which is Monday through Friday 10am-6pm.
