Our extensions feature 100% cuticle remy human hair, double-drawn for consistent thickness from root to end, competitive personal sourcing as we have researched to bring you the best quality hair. Our signature installations are customized using density mapping and strategic placement techniques for truly natural results. Our stylists are highly trained in different methods to best suit your needs.

With proper care and maintenance, installations typically last 6-10 weeks before requiring a move-up service. Depending on hair health & care we offer mini move ups between services. The hair itself can last 6-12 months with appropriate care. All installs are unique to you, your stylist will put you on a regimen best fit for your needs. 

During your consultation, we:

5. Provide pricing and maintenance information

Our custom installation techniques prioritize hair health. We carefully assess your natural hair's strength and create installation patterns that distribute weight evenly to prevent damage. 

1. Brushing
2. Use a loop brush or extension-specific brush
3. Gently detangle before washing
4. Avoid brushing directly at the bead line
5. Brush 2-3 times daily to prevent tangling

Washing (1-2 times per week):

1. Use sulfate-free and paraben-free professional shampoo
2. Wash in a gentle downward motion
3. Focus on cleansing roots while being gentle around beads
4. Don't flip head upside down while washing
5. Avoid wrapping hair in towel on top of head

Conditioning & Moisture:

1. Apply leave-in conditioner after washing
2. Use moisture conditioning mask once weekly
3. Apply recommended hair oil/serum twice daily
4. Use heat protectant before styling

Styling Do's & Don'ts:

1. Keep heat tools at moderate temperature
2. Avoid sleeping with wet extensions
3. Don't tie hair too tight
4. Keep styling products away from bead area
5. Avoid chemical sunscreens containing ingredients like Avobenzone and Oxybenzone (can cause discoloration & damage to the hair) 

Maintenance Schedule:

1. Professional move-up every 6-10 weeks
2. Deep conditioning treatment weekly
3. Regular trims to maintain health
4. Monitor for any loosening beads, if needed contact your stylist for assistance

Product Recommendations:

1. Professional sulfate-free shampoo (like Milbon or GoldiLocks)
2. Leave-in conditioner to prep
3. Heat protectant for any hot tool use
4. Extension-specific brush (boar head bristles, tangle teaser, wet brush)
5. Silk pillowcase to reduce friction
