CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change.

1. Cancellations or Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. This helps ensure your time slot can be offered to another client. There is no charge for changes made within this time frame.
2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service fee.
