Are you wanting to connect deeper with yourself? Quiet your mind, slow down and come back to the present moment? Join us in co-creating a safe space together, where we will give ourselves full permission to breathe into the ancient wisdom that lies within our bodies. It is time to come back to You! Let go of old stories that no longer serve you and breathe into a space of newness. This series will explore the themes of Trust, Curiosity, Self-Worth, Shadow Work and Inner Child work. This is a space where we will be safe to express ourselves to the fullest.
New to breathwork? No problem, this series is welcome to all levels. The style of breathwork taught in this series is called Conscious Connected Circular Breathing. Catherine will go over everything in class, reminding you that there is no right or wrong way to breathe. Just listen to what feels best for you, remembering you are always in control. Safety is a top priority for Catherine and she is most known for holding safe and transformative spaces during her sessions. A part of her intention with these breathes is to help reset and nourish your nervous system.

A break down of what each 90mins class will look like:
We will start each session by dropping into our bodies, which may look like gentle movement, tapping, or toning. We will then flow into our breathe for about 45 mins, then close our session with a 5mins silent journaling session paired with a cozy cup of organic herbal tea and a sharing circle.
