• A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all lash services.

• One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

• Your deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

• Schedule your appointment using the "book now" icon below, then submit your deposit.

• Deposits can be made via Venmo (@browsbylia) or CashApp ($msdporter)-include your full name & date and time of appointment.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may transfer the deposit one time to a rescheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may incur additional charges.

🚫 No-Show Policy

• No-shows will result in a non-refundable deposit and may incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

• Repeated no-shows will require full payment upfront for future bookings.

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

• Arrivals 5 minutes or more past your appointment time may result in a no-show status if I’m unable to accommodate you.

• If I can still take you, you’ll be considered a walk-in, and service will depend on availability.
