Booking & Cancellation Policy

To provide every guest with a relaxing and personalized experience, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment.


Reservations

Appointments may be booked online through our reservation system or by contacting the store directly. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments and is used in accordance with our cancellation policy.


Late Cancellations / No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee $25.


Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for consultation and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to respect the next guest’s appointment.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other guests.


Service Adjustments

Additional charges may apply depending on hair length, thickness, tangling, hair extensions, or additional treatment time required. Fees start from $15 depending on the condition and service required. Our team will always consult with you before proceeding with any additional charges.
