Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that supports the function of the Central Nervous System. It uses a light touch to release tension around the body’s connective tissue network called the fascia.
Using this technique, the practitioner treats areas that feel as if they are moving a little bit differently from the rest of the body. These gentle holds support the body's natural healing process, to change any patterns of restriction.
CST promotes pain relief from headaches, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, concussions, indigestion, insomnia, neck pain, spinal cord injuries, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, and more.
It also has been known to provide deep relaxation during times of overwhelm and stress. A series of treatments can help the body rediscover it's own resiliency.
I work with children!
From Infants to Teens.
CranioSacral for Infants and Newborns can relieve colic, help restore head symmetry, release tension, improve digestion, and address breastfeeding issues, and the overall mood of the infant.

Growing up can be stressful, and throughout childhood, bodies are growing quickly. Kids are trying to figure out their identity, and how to operate in the world. These demands can create a lot of tension in the body and amp up the nervous system. CranioSacral techniques are used to reset the nervous system and give a child's body time to adjust. This treatment is good for all children, and is especially beneficial for those who have neurological disorders, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, it is helpful with seizures, which I have experience treating.

I support and work with all gender affiliations.
I got my massage license in 2009. In addition to CranioSacral, I have further training in Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Cupping.
Having years of experience as an Iyengar Yoga Instructor with Linda Lutz, I often show clients a stretch or two, to empower them on ways to relieve pain on their own.
The type of work I do is beneficial in pain management, and self-care is essential for you to achieve lasting relief.
I've also add sound healing to my treatments as a way to enhance relaxation and release.

I am grateful for healers who have came before me. My great grandmother, Lulia Cook, a celebrated midwife and Granny woman from the Ozarks, my dad, and my mom, who taught me to be kind, and raised me on imagination.
I also thank those who have inspired me within the within the local community of somatic healing and started me on this path. You gave me permission to explore my own healing gifts.
And, of course, my current friends in the community, as well as Dr. John Upledger and the teachers who have taught me Presence.
Thank you.
