We use a top-tier salon management system to keep you in the loop. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation by text and email. Be sure to check your messages for appointment reminders and details. Please arrive a few minutes early to relax and complete any needed forms. For hair appointments, come with clean, dry hair unless we advise otherwise. For facials or waxing, avoid heavy makeup or exfoliation that day. Have questions? Just ask—we’re here to help!

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged the full service amount. We understand that life happens, so if you have an emergency, just reach out to us—we’re always happy to discuss your situation and see if we can make an exception. Your communication helps us serve all our guests better!
