How do I reschedule my appointment?

If your appointment is more than 48-hours' away, you may reschedule online. After logging in, go to your Profile and choose Appointments. For changes within 48 hours, contact me directly by phone call or text; email requests cannot be accommodated.


Can I bring my kids with me?

Appointments are typically for clients only to ensure a relaxed experience. I understand that circumstances change, so if you need to bring your child, please reach out in advance.


How will my appointment be confirmed?

Appointment confirmations are sent after booking, one week before, and 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. At the one-week mark, you’ll be asked to confirm your appointment.


If you’re not receiving these messages, please log into your profile, go to Notification Settings, and make sure both email and text notifications are turned on.


How far in advance can I book appointments?

Appointments can be scheduled 1 year in advance.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You will need to contact me directly. Call or text only please, emails get lost in the mix!

Should I make separate accounts for my kids?

No separate accounts are needed. You can add your children directly under your profile and select their name when booking. Once logged in, go to your profile and choose “Family & Friends” to add family members and set preferences for their appointments.

Where can I find a list of my appointments?

A full list of your appointments is available online under your Profile.

Can I refer my friend to you?

I truly appreciate referrals; however my current schedule is at capacity, and I’m not accepting new clients at this time.
