Meet Ruth Anne!
Ruth Anne discovered her love of an active lifestyle over 20 years ago, which began with endurance running. Years of running (with little cross training) ultimately led to a serious injury in 2014. After recovering, she knew she needed more balance. She discovered and fell in love with group fitness and the variety of movement options it provides. Helping and empowering others has always been a passion for her, so joining the two just seemed natural. She has a strong belief that “a body in motion stays in motion” and aims to make every class fun and inclusive for everyone.
She first became certified in Core de Force (kickboxing) in 2019, then added Barre Above in 2020, Pumped Up Strength in 2021, and WARRIOR Combat in 2023.
When she is not working her full time job or teaching classes, she enjoys outdoor adventures with friends, and traveling around the Pacific Northwest with her husband, teenage son and dog
