What is Density?

Density refers to the number of hair strands on the scalp. It is not determined by race or curl type. Two guests with similar curl patterns may have very different strand counts, which significantly impacts detangling time, product usage, drying time, and overall service execution.

Why Density Affects Pricing

Higher density hair requires:

Additional detangling time

Increased product usage

Extended drying and styling time

To maintain service quality, timing accuracy, and fairness to all guests, appointments requiring additional time due to density are adjusted accordingly.

Loc Clients

Locs are beautiful and can contain hundreds of strands wrapped into one unit. Because of this structure, loc services automatically require additional time and product. An added charge is all loc services to reflect this labor and expertise.
