BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: New Clients Only- Book with Medical Director
  1. New Clients: Book a Telehealth medical clearance appointment with Maria, the Medical Director. 
  2. Appointment must be completed PRIOR to in-person appointment with Christina.
  3. Appointment will be repeated once each subsequent year.
  4. Appointment will take approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Download the Jane App.
  6. You will receive an email 1 hour prior to appointment with a link to join the virtual appointment.
  7. $25 no show policy in place
  8. Thank you for your understanding and support. We strive to provide the safest and highest quality care while maintaining compliance. 
  9. Proceed to step 2 immediately after you booked with Maria.

STEP 2: Book with Christina
  1. Returning Clients may skip step 1 and book directly with Christina.
  2. Select a time that is AFTER  your medical clearance appointment with Maria.
  3. If you are unsure of what treatment to choose, select a complimentary 30 minute consultation with Christina.
  4. All other appointments that are not a consultation or follow up, require a $100 deposit that is applied to overall cost of treatment.
  5. Per policy, deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation less than 24 hours notice.
  6. New clients: be prepared to sign consents at time of booking.
  7. Medical intake form will be sent to email after booking. Have photo ID on hand for upload.
